We vet our care and support staff very carefully prior to employing them. Each new member of staff undergoes the following:

  • Written application

  • Face to face interview

  • Photographic Proof of Identity

  • Full employment history

  • At least two employment references

  • Full training with a senior staff member

  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate

Our Accreditations

We are able to provide accreditations to all staff members through the Care Certificate and/or through QCF levels 2, 3 and 4 qualifications. We continually support and conduct both telephone and field competency checks on all of our care and support staff throughout their career with us and provide refresher and specialist training where our senior staff think it would be beneficial.
